A La Carte Academy was founded to provide an affordable opportunity for persons to be coached, and mentored while becoming a well rounded individual. Hence, we offer programs of instruction to transform individuals who have a desire to evolve.

The Academy is operated as a seperate entity from the A La Carte Agency. Therefore everyone will be accommodated for instructional needs and upon completion can take their craft  wherever they choose.
